Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Ingar graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has been actively working in the field for 8 years! He also worked alongside Orthopaedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, and Emergency Room Physicians at North York General Hospital for 7 years. As an chiropractic licensing examiner in Canada he keeps up to date with the latest research. Dr. Ingar implements an evidence-informed approach to health care. With the use of a combination of techniques, Dr. Ingar will help you become your best self! Dr. Ingar also provides shockwave therapy when appropriate.

Sahista Patel
Physiotherapist
Sahista graduated with a bachelor of physiotherapy from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (India) in 2017 and practised for brief period in an acute care hospital. She worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) for 3 years in different clinics and long term care facilities across the GTA. She is currently registered with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario and has been actively practising. Sahista provides evidence and education-based treatment plans to her clients in order to recover them with ease.

Nimtaz graduated with a Diploma in Massage Therapy from Medix College and have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012. She enjoys the profession and performs each treatment to meet her clients needs to help them towards achieving their healthcare goals by improving flexibility and circulation through a variety of treatments. She has treated clients with different conditions such as sports related injuries, chronic conditions or specifics like headache, tendonitis, sprains, and strains. Dr. Katie is a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist. She provides a combination of hands-on techniques including relaxation/deep tissue massage, joint mobilization/manipulation techniques as well as therapeutic exercises. She also incorporates breathwork to facilitate relaxation while treating joint, muscle and nerve pain. Her favorite ways to stay active throughout the year is hiking, swimming, paddle-boarding, rock climbing and gardening.

Kirthika Easwaran
Registered Social Worker(Psychotherapist)
Kirthika holds a Masters in Social Work from Carleton University, and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has extensively supported individuals with concerns such as: anxiety, trauma, depression, loss, suicidality, relationship/family issues, emotional/physical abuse, parenting challenges, cultural-identity struggles, and emotion regulation difficulties. Kirthika approaches her therapeutic care with clients by using a trauma-informed and collaborative lens. She seeks to build a strong therapeutic relationship with individuals, by empathically validating their experiences and helping them feel empowered. She incorporates researched interventions in her clinical practice, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Julia graduated with a Master of Social Work from Western University in London, Ontario, in 2024. She has experience working with diverse populations across all age ranges.
